Delivery Areas

Delivery is available only within selected serviceable areas in Dubai. Availability may change without prior notice.

Delivery Time

We offer same day delivery. Estimated delivery times are provided for convenience only and may vary due to traffic, weather, public holidays, peak hours, road conditions, or events beyond our control. While we strive to deliver within the estimated timeframe, delivery times are not guaranteed.

Delivery Charges

Applicable delivery fees, packaging charges, or service charges will be displayed before payment at checkout.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for providing a correct address, building and apartment details, a valid phone number, and availability to receive the order. If delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect information or customer unavailability, the order may not qualify for a refund once food preparation has commenced or the order has been dispatched.

Food Quality

Food should be consumed immediately after delivery. We are not responsible for food quality affected by delayed consumption or improper storage after delivery.

Pickup Orders

Customers should collect pickup orders promptly. Food quality cannot be guaranteed for delayed collections.
